Marcus Lee

Marcus leads a creative team in developing beautiful reports and marketing materials to share with current and potential clients. He fulfills his passion for driving change through leadership and enabling creative exploration by supporting his team’s mission to turn complex insights into engaging, unique and digestible story-driven visuals.

Marcus came to LRW, a Material Company, in 2004 from a background in 3D modeling, web design and animation. Since then, he has helped guide the firm’s visual philosophy, and he now oversees the execution of design and visual storytelling for LRW’s volume of Fortune 500 clients. One of his proudest accomplishments was spearheading a multi-year process of centralizing LRW’s design function into a unified department. He also helped to enhance his team’s best in-class designs as a key strategic differentiator for the firm’s value proposition.

Marcus holds a B.A. in fine art and a M.F.A. in film and television, both from the University of California at Los Angeles. He is originally from Fairfax County, Virginia. In his spare time he loves exploring new French restaurants, brushing up on his front-end web development skills and volunteering through his local church.
