LRW Group Acquires Strategy-First Communications Firm Karma Agency
LOS ANGELES, Calif. (October 1, 2019) – LRW Group, an analytics-powered marketing services company and a portfolio company of Tailwind Capital, today announced the acquisition of Karma Agency, a strategic communications firm that specializes in brand management, marketing and public relations. The transaction represents LRW Group’s fifth acquisition within the last two years, supporting its long-term business strategy to deliver wholly integrated marketing solutions to clients worldwide. Karma Agency will operate under LRW Group’s Action Division.
Founded in 1999 with roots in public relations, Karma Agency is a full-service, category-diverse communications firm specializing in brand strategy and digital communications, as well as advertising, design, reputation management, issues and crisis communications, and earned and social media.
