Visualizing the everyday lives of key customer segments
Upon the completion of the market segmentation project, our Digital Analytics team appended upwards of 400 variables to create rich profiles and digital targeting information, while our qualitative team conducted a pop-up community to add humanity and texture to our understanding of the key segments. Working with our storytelling and design team, we created interactive micro-sites for each persona that integrated the quantitative, qualitative, and enriched data to inspire and inform key stakeholders.
