As the EVP of Technology and LRW's CX practice, Syed runs both the company's software development strategy and their Customer Experience (CX) business group. Syed brings over 20 years of customer experience thought leadership to LRW, where he and his team work closely with CX software partners like Medallia to implement end-to-end CX strategy solutions for LRW clients. Prior to his work at LRW, he founded one of the first Customer Experience software companies, ResponseTek, and grew the business globally to support clients in over 30 countries.
