Sara GormleySenior Vice President, General Manager
Sara is a senior vice president and general manager at LRW, consulting with her clients to design programs that bring the right feedback and insights to shape business decisions. She loves leading a team of researchers and analysts, and her favorite days at work are the ones where she’s diving into data with her team to create structure out of disparate pieces of information.
Sara came to LRW in 2004 after dabbling in the early 2000 dotcom boom and a stint in the temporary staffing world. She quickly fell in love with the market research life and has since spent her time leading research engagements across a variety of methodologies, including segmentation, complex conjoint and choice modeling, brand health and ad tracking. She has extensive experience in loyalty program development across categories and has worked on numerous topics in healthcare, retail, financial services, consumer packaged goods and more. She graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in sociology (which, at the time, she didn’t know she would put to such good use).
In her free time, Sara enjoys hanging out with her husband and two daughters at their favorite Southern California locales – the beach, Disneyland and the wide array of amazing local breweries. On the weekends, you can find her on the AYSO soccer sidelines and enjoying an IPA from the El Segundo Brewing Company while cheering on the Bruins.
