Syed Hasan

EVP, Technology and LRWCX

As the EVP of Technology and LRWCX, Syed runs both our software development strategy and our customer experience (CX) business group.

Syed brings over 20 years of customer experience thought leadership to the LRW team. He founded one of the first Customer Experience software companies, ResponseTek in 1999 which was a pioneer in enterprise customer experience software and was one of the largest SMS based CX software companies in the world until acquired. As the CEO of ResponseTek he grew the business globally to support clients in over 30 countries.  At LRW Syed and his team work closely with CX software partners such as Medallia to implement end to end CX strategy solutions for LRW clients.

Syed is from the UK, where he got a degree in engineering, but has spent the last 25 years on the software industry as an executive and entrepreneur. He now lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children, where he enjoys riding his motorcycle in the canyons and watching his kids surf. Despite having left the UK over 20 years ago, he is still a big fan of his home team Liverpool FC and never misses a chance to watch a game, even if it is broadcast at 4am!
