Susan leads a team of talented researchers dedicated to driving action and growth for its clients. She helps solve business problems for clients across a range of industries including technology, retail, financial services, aerospace/defense, consumer packaged goods and more.
Susan has more than 15 years of business having previously worked at big brands including Guess?, Inc., The Boeing Company and Solomon Smith Barney. Her depth of experience enables her to advise both consumer-facing and B2B products and services. Susan received dual undergraduate degrees in cognitive science and economics from the University of California, Irvine and holds a MBA from the University of Southern California in strategic marketing management and integrated marketing communications.
Susan is a Los Angeles native who loves spending time with her husband Brian, friends and family and her Maltipoo named BamBam. She enjoys traveling (especially to tropical destinations), scuba diving, exploring culinary establishments, floral arrangement, interior design and retail therapy.
