President, Integrated Marketing
As the head of LRW Group’s integrated marketing division, Rachel explores innovative ways to deliver the company’s extensive range of services to meet the marketing and research needs of top-flight clients. In addition to her client-facing duties, Rachel supports LRW’s merger and acquisition efforts and identifies new opportunities for LRW Group to expand its marketing services portfolio.
Rachel joined LRW Group in 2019 with 20 years of experience in marketing and media. She is best known in marketing circles as co-founder and, subsequently, CEO of Pitch, Inc., where she re-imagined traditional ad agency services for some of the largest brands in the world. Her deep client roster included Burger King, Roche, Westfield, Blizzard, Public Storage, Netflix, Waldorf Astoria and Pepsi. Earlier in her career, she refined her strategic marketing expertise with leadership roles at 20th Century Fox, Warner Brothers and MTV. She’s been recognized with a number of accolades, including Ad Age’s 40 under 40 and Business Insider’s 30 Most Creative Women in Advertising. Rachel graduated Summa Cum Laude from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, with a B.A. in marketing
A Jersey girl at heart, Rachel now lives in Los Angeles with her husband and two children. She’s an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and serves on the board of directors at Arizona-based restaurant chain eegee’s and at fashion brand Next Level Apparel.
