Mary is responsible for working with clients to design and successfully run a range of research to drive their businesses’ performance. She particularly enjoys strategic, complex market research and she excels at storytelling, which helps clients deliver the crispest, most insightful and actionable analyses to their executives.
Prior to joining LRW, Mary held an insights manager position at Michelin where she led North American and global strategic market research efforts. During that time, she gained a deep understanding of client-side dynamics and the complexities behind global brands and business operations. Mary earned a master’s degree in marketing research from the University of Georgia. She also received a B.S. in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.
Having grown up in Belgium, Mary is fluent in French and loves traveling.
