Kirsten serves as CEO of MotiveQuest, a pioneering online anthropology market research company. MotiveQuest uncovers insights that drive communication, innovation and brand positioning decisions by analyzing millions of online conversations using sophisticated, proprietary linguistic analysis technology. Its strategy and technology groups blend art and science to bring consumer behaviors and attitudes to life for Fortune 500 brands across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining MotiveQuest, Kirsten was a research director with Gartner, a leading IT strategy firm. There, she helped guide organizations through enterprise software evaluations and selections. Kirsten holds a B.A. in economics from Davidson College in North Carolina and an MBA from University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business.
Kirsten is based in Chicago. When she’s home, she can usually be found at her neighborhood Pilates studio or playing tennis. When she’s away, she’s most likely in Brazil or Spain, two of her favorite countries.
