SVP, General Manager
Bryce heads up LRW’s Philadelphia office, where he advises clients on how to build stronger brands, products, services and communications. He specializes in strategy development and in solving problems using consulting frameworks, market research and analytics.
Bryce joined LRW in 2010 from GfK where he was an executive vice president in the firm’s brand and communications practice. He started his career with stints on Wall Street at Goldman Sachs and in corporate finance at Merck & Co., Inc. He later served some of the world’s biggest companies as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company, after which he spent time at Campbell Soup Company in strategic planning, corporate development, marketing and innovation roles. He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University and he graduated at the top of his class with a master’s in management from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
Bryce is an avid amateur photographer who has been deeply infected with the travel bug ever since spending his junior year in college abroad in Bologna, Italy. You can check out some of his recent favorite photos on Instagram at @brycequayle. His other creative outlet is food, so whether he’s using his Big Green Egg or cooking sous vide, he’s always looking for some fun new way to create a mess at his home in Bryn Mawr, PA, where he lives with his wife and two kids.
